New Business Structure

We are pleased to announce the registration of a new trading name GIA Group register under the state laws of New South Wales, Australia.

The name GIA Group will be used to establish our global trading network operating under the BiFranchise concept. BiFranchise is a system of business cooperation where one party (BiFranchisor) grants another party (BiFranchisee) the right to use its business name, business methodology and the network exclusively in a nominated territory for a specified period of time. Unlike a regular franchise business a bifranchise is a two-way franchise where the bifranchisee purchases from as well as supplies products to a fellow bifranchisees within the network.

GIA Group in now seeking to appoint one bifranchisee per country. The potential bifranchisee must be an Import Export trading company or a country wide distributor distributing a number of categories of manufactured goods. The bifranchisee must be able to source products and commodities from his territory to offer them to the GIA Group bifranchise.

Change of Company Name
We are pleased to inform that on September 17, 2008 Global Importex Access Limited changed its name to Global Importex Access LTD.

Major Shareholder
We are pleased to inform that a major stake in our company has been acquired by a private Canadian Corporation which is a subsidiary of a private Canadian Wealth Management entity. Our new shareholder owns a number of corporations (both in Canada and United States of America) dealing with mining and trading of petroleum products, ores and other natural resources.

Company Acquired
We are pleased to inform that Global Importex Access Pty Ltd (GIA Trading Group) has been acquired by Global Importex Access Limited an Australian public Company. GIA Trading Group is now a fully owned subsidiary of Global Importex Access Limited.
